1. You choose your package
   Fill out the service request form by selecting the package that suits you.

2. We confirm the details
   Marie-Josée will then contact you to confirm dietary preferences, allergies, number of portions, and the selected package.

3. Grocery shopping is taken care of
   The chef handles the grocery shopping and everything needed to prepare the meals. Grocery costs are added to the final invoice.

4. The chef cooks in your home
   Meals are prepared directly in your kitchen with care and efficiency. Cleanup is included at the end.

5. You simply enjoy
   Your meals are ready to eat or store. You save time, eat well, and don’t have to worry about a thing.

Packages

Base Package (6 to 10 meals, based on your preference)
2 recipes for 3 people
or
3 recipes for 2 people, and so on

Family Package (12 to 20 meals, based on your preferences)
Maximum of 4 to 5 recipes

Meal Types

• Simple (default)
  A balanced meal made up of three components: a protein, a complex carbohydrate or other accompaniment, and vegetables.

• Complex Package
  Recipes with more ingredients and advanced cooking techniques.

• Gastronomic Package
  High-quality ingredients, more elaborate preparation, and artistic presentation.
